• Calibrated Thermal Imaging Camera
• All Standard PPE Equipment
• Full Day - Std Hrs 08:00 - 16:00 hrs + 1hr travel time each way
• Up to 80 Assets inspected in a day (depending on location)
• Half Day - 4 Hrs on-site + 1hr travel time each way
• Up to 40 Assets inspected
• All Priority 1 anomolies reported before thermographer leaves site.
• Report delivered by email or via Online Customer Portal within 7 days of survey in PDF format.

Standard Report:

• All assests inspected displayed visually in 6 way format. Giving location and asset number.
• All anomolies reported on individual pages, complete with a digital identification photograph, thermal parameters and engineering comments

Understandanding Priorities:

• Priority 1 - Immediate attention required
• Priortiy 2 - Requires attention at next scheduled maintenance
• Priority 3 - No action required

Full Reporting:

• Each Asset will be fully analysed and presented on a seperate report page with a digital identification photograph, thermal parameters and engineering comments. Note: This service must be ordered prior to the survey.

Report Presentation:

• As standard our reports are emailed in PDF format. For a small additional charge your report can be printed in colour and bound.

Building Surveys

iRed Ltd has been at the forefront of industry in developing an acceptable standard and methodology for producing reports in a format that satisfies the requirements of many building service professionals.

The services we are able to provide for building thermography range from the simplistic ‘Drive-by’ images to full qualitative analysis reports or ‘Thermal virtual tours’. Thermal images can be presented on high quality photographic paper, electronically or on personalized DVD’s. The electronic versions can also incorporate interactive 3d modeling, movie files and/or previous project files to enable comparisons.
